In a recent interview with Complex magazine, Cudi said that the arrest was a turning point and forced him to stop his cocaine use. "No more blow. People do drugs to camouflage emotions and run away from their problems," says Cudi. He also added that reports that the substance was "liquid cocaine" were false: "No, I'm just fucking rich, and my blow comes in a jar," he explained.

Kid Cudi's sophomore album, "Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager," is currently slated for a Nov. 9 release, with single "Erase Me" at No. 78 on the Hot 100 this week.
